        我以前讀到馬大與馬利亞的那段時總不太明白，為何耶穌反倒比較稱讚一直在祂腳前的馬利亞？馬大這麼認真做事呀。還有那位跪在耶穌腳前，用眼淚洗耶穌的腳，用頭髮擦乾，再打破以當時一年的工價才買得起的香膏，塗在耶穌腳上，而當門徒向前指責這件事的時候，耶穌阻止了他們，並盛讚這位婦女的行為。

        我最近才有點明白，耶穌向我們要的是我們願意回應祂愛的心。天上地下萬事萬物，祂一句話就可以成就，祂不需要我們為祂做什麼。一旦愛上一個人的時候，可以不求對方回報，但希望對方回應，上帝對我們的愛也像這樣，祂不要我們的回報，但希望我們能回應祂的愛。

        我最近真正重生得救，過去一兩個月裡常常問上帝，我要做什麼呢？你對我的呼召與異象是什麼呢？但上帝一直都沒有回答我，過去幾個月來，我著實感受祂不要我做什麼，祂要我靜止不動，祂要我單單享受祂，其他事務都不重要。所以我今天聽到這首歌淚流不止，歌詞完全是我心情的寫照。

        這幾個月得到的都不是我自己能做的，好的薪水、少少的工作、想幹嘛就幹嘛、還可以聽到很棒的講道，上帝還讓我重新認識祂，脫離憂鬱情緒的轄制。這所有的一切，我能回報給主什麼呢？完全沒有！

        明天就是復活節了，意外聽到這首歌，淚流不止之餘，我只想把它翻成中文，當成我給上帝的情歌，祂是這麼愛我，這愛無法回報。

        一個多年的老同事的太太癌症復發，身邊這類的事情已屢見不鮮，疾病死亡總是伴隨著我們，我們所能做的只有仰望神。神沒有從這世界拿走疾病、死亡與苦難的警鐘，唯有這些才會敲醒我們，使我們明白我們最終的指望是在祂身上。

        疾病與死亡可以奪去我們的生命，但在信上帝的人身上，這些只是加速我們去到祂那裡的手段，真正信祂的人依然可以從這些事情裡頭看見那永恆的盼望。
